Here at Spring Grove Animal Hospital, we always welcome new clients and patients to our full-service veterinary practice in Spring Grove. As a new client of our facility, you can expect our full attention to you and your pet’s needs.
-In order to make your first appointment go smoothly, we ask our new clients to arrive a few minutes early to take care of paperwork, including copying your pet’s previous records.
-Our veterinarian will perform a complete physical, including any diagnostic tests if warranted. We do provide in hospital diagnostics to help detect a problem quickly if need be.
-During this allotted appointment time, please ask questions. We want to make sure you are comfortable with the information we are providing to you.
-Payment is expected at time of service.
